RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

BEFORE CREATING A RETURN/EXCHANGE
Please use the country selector at the top of this page to make sure you are in the right place to start a return/exchange request for your order.

We take special care to make sure you love your seventy + mochi purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can request a refund or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of receipt. All items returned must be in unworn, unwashed and tagged condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For returns being made from outside the US and UK, the customer is responsible for postage. All postage must be paid for and all packages clearly labeled RETURN on the outside so any duties or taxes are not applied. We cannot accept any returns back where taxes or duties have been applied. More information on international orders below.


HOW CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines and a shipping label if you opted for one to be sent to you. Please check your junk folder for your return label as they sometimes make their way there. You must include your order number and name in side the package so we can identify the return as yours.


WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. All items must be in original condition, not worn, and not washed. All labels must still be attached and ideally all items should be in their original packaging. Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.


ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless there is a fault with your item or the wrong item was shipped. Please email hello@seventymochi.com if either of these apply to your return.

RETURNS
You are responsible for return shipping if you are making the return for a refund. We can provide you with a shipping label for this return, however you will be charged a flat fee of $8.99 which covers the cost of the shipping. You do not have to use our return label, however we then recommend you send it by a carrier that enables you to track your package. We are not liable for packages that are lost in transit.

EXCHANGES
Return shipping is free if you are making an exchange for a different size or item. You will receive a shipping label free of charge to use.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Charges for international returns or exchanges (from outside the US or UK) are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure all postage is paid for and the package clearly labeled as return on the outside, so any duties or taxes are not applied. We will not be able to accept a return if any duties or taxes are charged at return.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 5 working days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Please note due to staff shortages we are sometimes experiencing delays in processing returns.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days. Please remember, if you made a return only and not an exchange, a charge of $8.99 will be taken off your final amount credited back if you used our shipping service.
