Before starting a return/exchange request, please read our return policy below.

We take special care to make sure you love your seventy + mochi purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can request a refund or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that the item(s) must be delivered to our warehouse within 30 days from the receipt date, which is reflected on your returns tracking information.
All items must be in original condition, not worn, and not washed. All tags must still be attached and all items should be in their original packaging. Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.
RETURNS
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We can provide you with a shipping label, with a fee of $8.99 being subtracted from your refund, or you can use your own label, however we then recommend you send it by a carrier that enables you to track your package. We are not liable for packages that are lost in transit.
If you choose to return an item, you can either receive a refund to your original payment method or opt for store credit and receive $20 extra on us.
EXCHANGES
You will receive a shipping label free of charge to use if you are making an exchange for a different size or color. If your exchange item does not work out, you are able to exchange a second time for a different size. If the second exchange does not work out, you are able to return the item for a refund, and will be subject to an $8.99 return fe
For returns being made from outside the U.S., the customer is responsible for postage. You can submit a request for a refund, and item(s) must be delivered to our warehouse within 30 days from the receipt date. We do not accept international exchanges.
All postage must be paid for and all packages clearly labeled RETURN on the outside so any duties or taxes are not applied. We will not be able to accept a return if any duties or taxes are charged at return.

Click HERE to begin your return/exchange request. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a shipping label if you opted for one to be sent to you. Please check your junk folder for your return label as they sometimes make their way there. You must include your order number and name inside the package so we can identify the return as yours.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless there is a fault with your item or the wrong item was shipped. Please email hello@seventymochi.com if either of these apply to your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 1-3 business days to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.
If your item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 7-10 working days, depending on your bank. Please remember, if you made a return for a refund, a charge of $8.99 will be taken off your final amount credited back if you used our shipping service. If you selected store credit, a gift card will be sent to your email, with an additional $20 on us.
