We work to get your order to you as soon as possible. We do our best to ship orders placed before noon on the same day but sometimes this is not always possible. However, we will be sure it get it on its way the next business day. We ship every week day except federal holidays.

US shipping is charged as a flat rate of $10.99 for Standard Delivery and $34.99 for Expedited Delivery.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are now shipping internationally! Please use the country selector at the bottom of this page to ensure you are on the right page for your country. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, taxes and duties applicable by your country in order to release the goods to you. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the original value of the goods, not any promotional value. By making a purchase, you are responsible to cover the full duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

When you place an order for delivery outside the United Kingdom you agree that as the recipient you will be liable for all import duties, custom and control charges, clearing fees and local taxes levied by the country you are receiving your order in. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival and is your responsibility. Unfortunately we are unable to advise on the amount that this may be. Any orders cancelled, returned to sender or refused due to customs fees will be subject to a restocking fee. Please ensure you are aware of your residing countries import rates, and exemptions, prior to purchasing. Unfortunately due to the current situation in Ukraine, we are unable to ship to Ukraine, Russia and Moldova. We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience.

DISCREPANT DELIVERY

If there are any discrepancies in your order and the item delivered to you, please email us at hello@seventymochi.com. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and details of our products that appear on the website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate and as such any variation in color of the product delivered will not be regarded as discrepant.
